I built my career inside complex organizations — managing operations, leading teams, driving strategy, and solving problems that didn’t fit neatly in a playbook. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people and performance.

Along the way, I noticed something: the leaders who create lasting change — in their organizations and in their own lives — aren’t just executing well. They’re growing. They’re willing to ask hard questions. They’re investing in the person as much as the plan.

That’s what 360West is built on. I’m a trained ICF coach (ACC) and a certified Playing Big Facilitator through Tara Mohr’s Playing Big program. I bring both the strategic depth of an executive operator and the coaching presence of someone who has done, and continues to do, their own deep work.

I primarily work in two areas:

With organizations and senior leaders who need a strategic thought partner — someone who can step in with operational expertise, fractional leadership capacity, and project and program management expertise.

With individuals who know there’s more available to them, and are ready to do the work to get there.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of humans and fur babies, a community advocate, a runner and an artist.
